Patient's Bill of Rights

We believe it is our responsibility to protect your rights as a patient. Our Patient Rights and Responsibilities policy describes your rights and responsibilities as a patient of Space Coast Health Centers. We will provide you with a copy of the policy and a copy of our privacy notice on your first visit.

Patient Financial Policy

No one is denied care because of an inability to pay. Space Coast Health Center offers a sliding fee discount program for insured and uninsured patients based on an individual's income and family size.
